How It Works
- You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
- No need to return the product. Just let us know and we will process your refund.
- This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at hello@trysona.com with your order number. That is all we need.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Subscriptions
If you are on a subscription and would like to cancel, email us at hello@trysona.com or manage your subscription through your account. You will not be charged after cancellation.
Shipping
All orders ship free. Since there is no shipping cost to you, there is nothing to deduct from your refund. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
